*Husband/wife or single parent and dependant children under the age of 18 or up to the age of 23 if a full time college student. 

 1.       Payment Fees
Fees may be paid with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. 

 2.       Bank Draft Members 
Monthly Bank Draft offers you the opportunity to pay for your membership on a monthly basis.  We require a voided check to begin the bank draft process.  Your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 20^th of each month.  The responsibility for payment remains yours.  The Sterling-Rock Falls Family YMCA reserves the right to cancel your membership due to insufficient funds, closed accounts or other reasons resulting in a delinquent account.  There may be a $20.00 fee for any returned check or rejected bank draft.  AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU REQUEST US TO MAKE A CHANGE.  YOU MUST STOP AT THE WELCOME CENTER DECK AND SIGN A CANCELLATION FORM TO STOP YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

3.       Guest Passes
Each member is allowed 2 guest passes per year (i.e., a family of four receives 8 guest passes). Passes are valid January 1^st thru December 31^st.  The Wellness Center is not available to guests only.  Members must be present for guests to use the facility.

4.       Address Change
Please keep the YMCA advised of your current home and office addresses and phone numbers.  In case of an emergency, it will save valuable time in obtaining assistance and information.   Contact the Business Office or Welcome Center with changes.

5.       Membership Cards
Each member is issued a Sterling-Rock Falls Family YMCA membership card.  Your membership card is exclusively yours and is not transferable.  The fee for replacing a card is $5.00.  Please request one from the Welcome Center. 

6.       Financial Assistance
The YMCA is committed to serving the entire community.  Financial assistance for membership at the Sterling-Rock Falls Family YMCA is available for those who qualify.  Scholarships are limited to available resources.  Applications are located at the Welcome Center.  Proof of income, including tax returns and W2 are required to process the application. 

7.       A.W.A.Y. Program
Our “Always Welcome at the YMCA’s (A.W.A.Y.)” program allows members of the Sterling-Rock Falls Family Y the use of more than 1,000 YMCA’s nationwide. Consult the Welcome Center for details if you will be traveling outside of the area and wish to visit other YMCA’s. Or when on the internet, go to www.ymca.net.
